what different about descriptive and report text ?

Descriptive Text : tell about spesific thing
examples : (My Blue Cat,etc.)
Report Text : tell about general thing
examples : (Lion,Computer)

Descriptive text is the process of describing something chronologically, specific and detail. Meanwhile report text in form of to report? to tell something the reader never know before. The process in report text also can be done chronologically.
