What is/are the difference of offering help between Indonesian and English way ? Explain them

There is no difference between offering help the Indonesian and English way, unless you are talking about language. Clearly if you were to ask help the "Indonesian way" you would ask help by speaking Indonesian. Same goes otherwise.
